Purpose of This Resource

Ada County Released Inmates is an independent reference site, not a government office. It does not keep official records, confirm custody, release a person, or submit documents for a visitor.

The site points to Ada County jail resources, Idaho correction records, and third-party research tools. An agency or provider controls the information and service found at each destination.

Conditions of Acceptable Use

Terms Remain Severable

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
